General Information
We do not give out medical advice over the phone or by email. If you have a medical question, you must make an appointment to speak with one of our physicians. We offer many educational resources and GI specific websites at the end of this page were you may gather more information.
Patient Relations – Patient Care Representative
Our ultimate goal is to provide exceptional service. On occasion, we may fail to meet your expectations. If this should happen, our patient care representative – Sue is the link between you and any problem you may have that should arise during the course of your care.
This important position provides you, the patient, with direct access to administration and a centralized complaint mechanism. Sue has the authority to investigate complaints independent of all individuals involved. She reports directly to our Quality Assurance Committee and the Board of Directors.
For additional information, please see
Patient Rights and Responsibilities.
Email Correspondence
Our physicians do not correspond with patients or outside vendors by email due to security concerns. There are no exceptions to this policy.
