Brian M. Kirsh, MD
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Kirsh graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and went on to the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio to earn his Medical Degree.
His internship and residency in internal medicine was completed at the University of Cincinnati Hospitals in Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned his fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Kirsh has interests in the following gastrointestinal problems:
- Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis
- Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
- Biliary Tract Disease (Gallbladder and Liver)
- Colonoscopy, Upper Endoscopy and Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy
- Colon Polyps and Colon Cancer Screening
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome
At the present time, Dr. Kirsh serves as Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology at Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
In his spare time, Dr. Kirsh coaches soccer and is an avid alpine skier.
